There are 4,607 West Virginia real estate properties for sale in the communities served by Long & Foster with total property values exceeding $893 million and an average asking price of $190,000.          

Of the 69 cities with properties listed for sale, Martinsburg stands with the highest number of homes available on the market at 676 with an average list price of $252,000 and the highest total property value of $170 million.  Charles Town has the second highest value of residential properties for sale, with 185 homes priced at an average of $325,344.  Berkeley Springs has the third highest value of homes for sale at 378 with an average listing price of $163,360 and total property values of $62 million.

The four cities with the highest average list price this month, offered for sale, include:  Shenandoah Junction ($614,690) with only 10 listings, Mount Storm ($481,167) with just 9 listings, Yellow Spring ($408,150) with 12 listings, and Ranson ($327,640) with 51 listings.
